ENVIRONMENTAL HARM. 15.1 You agree that We are not responsible for any environmental damage, breaches or losses caused by or attributable to Your previous heat supply equipment and will not be responsible for remediating this damage or removing any hazardous substances at Your Property that are not Our fault (this includes an oil spilled or environmental damage caused by an oil tank at Your Property). 15.2 We will be responsible for any environmental damage caused by Our Connection Works.
