Common use of Entry Clause in Contracts

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. The Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by the Lender or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral Collateral; and the Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against the Lender or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located. 7.5.

Entry. The Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender the Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and the Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender the Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. The Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender the Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of and the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender the Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Each Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) if an Event of Default exists and is continuing, taking possession of the Collateral Collateral, and each Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises for the purposes of this Section 9.3 where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) upon a demand made pursuant to Section 2.4, and subject to Section 7.4, taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

The Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by the Lender or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral Collateral; and the Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against the Lender or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Borrower Debtor hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) after an Event of Default, taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower Debtor hereby waives its right to assert against Lender or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Agent or any Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Agent or any Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any lawful act by Lender Administrative Agent or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either either, in accordance with the Loan Documents, (ia) inspecting the any Collateral or (iib) taking possession of the Collateral any Collateral. Borrower waives, as to Administrative Agent and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender agents, any now existing or its agents any hereafter arising claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or ----- its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Following the occurrence of an Event of Default Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. The Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any commercially reasonable act by Lender the Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and the Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender the Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (iI) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Collateral Agent or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Collateral Agent or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Each Borrower hereby (for itself and on behalf of its Subsidiaries) irrevocably consents to any act by Lender or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (ia) inspecting the any Collateral or (iib) taking possession of the Collateral any Collateral. Borrower waives, as to Lender and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender agents, any now existing or its agents any hereafter arising claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender each of the Collateral Agent and Banks or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Collateral Agent or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Collateral Agent or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises where the Collateral may be located.

Entry. Borrower hereby irrevocably consents to any act by Lender Bank or its agents in entering upon any premises of Borrower for the purposes of either (i) inspecting the Collateral or (ii) following the occurrence of an Event of Default, taking possession of the Collateral and Borrower hereby waives its right to assert against Lender Bank or its agents any claim based upon trespass or any similar cause of action for entering upon any premises of Borrower where the Collateral may be located.
