Entry Regulations. It is in the interest of the Allottee(s) to help the Maintenance Agency in effectively keeping the Apartment and the Complex secured in all ways. For the purpose of security, the Maintenance Agency shall be free to restrict and regulate the entry of visitors into the Complex.

Entry Regulations. It is in the interest of the Allottee(s) to help the Company and/or the Maintenance Agency nominated by it in effectively keeping the Apartment and Said Apartment, Building and/or the Complex secured in all ways. For the purpose of security, the Company and/or the Maintenance Agency shall nominated by it would be free to restrict and regulate the entry of visitors into the Building/Complex.
