Entry Process. The PROGRAM can be accessed through an established referral process as 35 coordinated by CONTRACTOR and COUNTY. The established referral process will ensure that beds 36 are available for interested program participants, interested participants meet eligibility requirements; 37 // 2 providing they are not a danger to themselves or others.
