Entry Level P1 Distribution Clause Samples

The Entry Level P1 Distribution clause defines how initial distributions of profits, proceeds, or assets are allocated among parties at the first priority level, often referred to as "P1". In practice, this clause specifies the percentage or amount each party receives from the first tranche of available funds, typically before any subsequent distributions to lower-priority participants. For example, it may state that certain investors or stakeholders are paid back their principal or a set return before others receive any payment. The core function of this clause is to establish a clear and orderly process for distributing funds, ensuring that priority stakeholders are compensated according to agreed terms and reducing disputes over allocation.
