The ENTRY FACILITIES clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to accessing and using physical entry points, such as ducts, conduits, or cable pathways, within a property or building. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for providing, maintaining, and granting access to these facilities, and may specify conditions for installation, repair, or upgrades. Its core practical function is to ensure that necessary infrastructure for utilities or telecommunications can be installed and maintained efficiently, while clarifying obligations and minimizing disputes over access.
ENTRY FACILITIES. The Host Country shall facilitate the entry of the following persons into its territory here they are visiting on their official missions: Directors and representatives of the other Members participating in the meetings prescribed in Articles VI and VII together with their spouses; the Secretary-General and other officials of the Secretariat together with their spouses and relatives dependent them; and other persons invited by the Centre. The provisions of paragraph 1 above does not mean that the entrants mentioned in that paragraph are exempted from complying with national laws of the Host Country elating to try matters.
ENTRY FACILITIES. 1. China shall facilitate the entry, such as the issuance of visa, of the following persons into its territory where they are visiting on their missions related to the Centre: a) representatives of the other Members participating in the Meetings prescribed in Articles VI and VII together with their spouses; b) the officials of the ACCS together with their spouses and legal dependants (18 years old and below); and c) other persons invited by the Centre. 2. The provision of paragraph 1 above does not mean that the entrants mentioned in that paragraph are exempted from complying with national laws of China relating to entry formalities.
