ENTRY BY SELLER. Buyer shall permit Seller to enter the Property upon reasonable notice for any lawful purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entry may be made at any time and without prior notice if Seller reasonably believes that an emergency exists or that the Property has been abandoned.
