Entitlement to Payments on the Mortgage Loans. With respect to any Mortgage Loan purchased hereunder, the Purchaser shall be entitled to (a) all scheduled principal due after the related Cut-off Date; (b) all other recoveries of principal collected after the related Cut-off Date, except for (i) recoveries of principal collected after the Cut-off Date and prior to the Closing Date that are reflected in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, and (ii) all scheduled payments of principal due on or before the related Cut-off Date; and (c) all payments of interest on such Mortgage Loan net of interest at the Servicing Fee Rate and the LPMI Fee, if applicable (minus that portion of any such payment that is allocable to the period prior to the related Cut-off Date) due after the Cut-off Date.
