Common use of Entirety and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entirety and Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes all prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof, and may be modified or amended only by an instrument in writing executed by the parties hereto.
