Common use of Entire understanding between the Parties Clause in Contracts

Entire understanding between the Parties. The contractual documents referred to in Article 2, CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS, comprise the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and shall supersede all prior and contemporaneous discussions between the Parties. Neither Party shall be bound by any conditions, warranties, definitions, statements, or documents previous to or contemporaneous with the Contract unless the Contract makes express reference thereto. This Contract may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, and all of which together shall constitute hut one and the same instrument.
