Entire Revolving Commitment Sample Clauses
The 'Entire Revolving Commitment' clause defines the total amount of credit that a lender agrees to make available to a borrower under a revolving credit facility. This clause specifies the maximum aggregate principal amount that can be borrowed at any one time, regardless of the number of drawdowns or repayments made during the term of the agreement. By clearly stating the overall credit limit, it ensures both parties understand the boundaries of the borrowing arrangement and prevents the borrower from exceeding the agreed-upon credit exposure, thereby managing risk for the lender.
