ENTIRE ORDER. This Order constitutes the entire Order between UPS and Vendor with respect to the matter contained herein and supersedes any prior oral or written Orders, understandings, commitments, negotiations, representations, or proposals. This Order may be changed in a writing signed by UPS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an existing agreement is in place between the parties governing the subject matter of this Order, then these additional terms and conditions shall not apply and the terms and conditions of the existing agreement shall control.
