Entire Building. With respect to any Operating Costs and benefits that are allocable to the entire Building and with respect to Tenant’s Parking Allotment, Tenant’s Pro Rata Share shall be defined as a fraction, the numerator of which is the total rentable area of the Premises, and the denominator of which is the total rentable area of the Building, as of the date of the computation. As of the date hereof, the parties agree that the total rentable area of the Building is 185,015 square feet, and that Tenant’s Pro Rata Share is 24.62% (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.0l(e) above.
