Common use of Entire Building Clause in Contracts

Entire Building. If the entire Premises are taken or appropriated under the power of eminent domain or conveyed in lieu thereof (any such event, a "Taking"), (i) this Lease and all right, title and interest of the Tenant hereunder shall cease and come to an end on the date of vesting of title pursuant to such Taking, and (ii) the Monthly Base Rent and Additional Charges payable shall be apportioned as of the date of such vesting.
