Entire Agreement; Waiver of Jury Trial, etc. (a) This Agreement, the Revolving Credit Notes and the other Loan Documents constitute the entire contract between the parties hereto relative to the subject matter hereof and thereof. Any previous agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby is superseded by this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Notes and the other Loan Documents. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Notes or the other Loan Documents, nothing in this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Notes or the other Loan Documents is intended to confer upon any party, other than the parties hereto, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Notes or the other Loan Documents.
