Entire Agreement; Waiver of Jury Trial, etc. (a) This Agreement and the other Financing Agreements constitute the entire contract between the parties hereto relative to the subject matter hereof. Except as expressly provided herein or in the other Financing Agreements, nothing in this Agreement or in the other Financing Agreements, expressed or implied, is intended to confer upon any party, other than the parties hereto, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement the other Financing Agreements.
