Entire Agreement; Effectiveness of Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the Parties hereto and shall supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings concerning the Director’s employment by the Company. This Agreement may be changed only by a written document signed by the Director and the Company.
