Enterprise Specific Issues. 7.1 Purpose This Union Collective Agreement is to be based on the following:- • Mutually beneficial outcomes for the employees and the Company; • Outcomes to improve employee job satisfaction; • Employee gains matched by benefits for the Company and an improved competitive position; and • The parties to be flexible and undertake tasks provided they are safe, legal and within the employees’ levels of skill and competency. Training opportunities will be provided as necessary to make available required skills.
