Enterprise Services. The NSSC provides Enterprise Services through the ESD, which consists of a Tier-1 Service Desk and Tier-0 Website that support the Agency’s I3P Program and other Center-specific and Program-specific initiatives.

The NSSC provides Enterprise Services through the ESD, which consists of a Tier-1 Tier 1 Service Desk and Tier-0 Website Tier 0 website that support the Agency’s I3P Enterprise IT Services Program (formerly the IT Infrastructure Integration Program) and other Center-Center- specific and Programprogram-specific initiatives. Enterprise Services are also provided at the National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS), a Tier III-equivalent federal shared services data center designed for sensitive and secure data processing and storage.
