ENROLLMENT/ELIGIBILITY. You must be enrolled in Digital Services to use External Transfers. External Transfers may not be available for some accounts, e.g., irrevocable trust accounts, custodial accounts, guardianship accounts. You must be a member in good standing and you must have a valid Social Security Number in order to request External Transfers. In order to use External Transfers, you must enroll External Accounts.
