Common use of ENI Clause in Contracts

ENI. All of the conditions to close set forth in Article 8.2 of that certain Agreement and Plan of Reorganization of even date herewith, by and among FNFI, Express Network, Inc., a California corporation ("ENI"), the shareholders of ENI, Frie▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ENI Acquisition Corporation shall have been satisfied at or prior to the Effective Time. In addition, the Closing of this Merger is conditioned upon the closing of the ENI merger and vice versa.

In addition, the Closing of this Merger is conditioned upon the closing of the ENI merger and vice versa.
