BI4DYNAMICS tries its best to notify the Licensee through RESELLER of renewal information prior to the date for renewal of Enhancement. Related fees are due and payable annually in advance of commencement of the applicable Enhancement Period. Failure to pay Enhancement fees will result in suspension of Enhancement Services and reinstatement fees will apply. Employees who comply with all terms of the payment plan(s) will not be subject to collections or wage garnishment.
