Enhanced SERP. In lieu of Executive’s current supplemental retirement benefit entitlement under the 1998 Amendment and Restatement of the Company’s Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as amended by the First Amendment to the SERP effective January 1, 1999, the Second Amendment to the SERP effective as of June 30, 1999, the Third Amendment to the SERP effective as of January 1, 2002, the Fourth Amendment to the SERP executed on August 13, 2002 and any subsequent amendment thereto (the “Plan”) and incorporating by reference any Plan Agreement (as defined in the Plan) entered into by Executive (collectively, the “Current SERP”), the Company shall provide to Executive an enhanced supplemental retirement benefit under the Plan (the “Enhanced SERP”) (except as provided in subsection (c) below) as follows:
