English Language Learner Program. Students who are second language learners receive instruction within the self-contained classroom. All of our teachers hold specialized credentials qualifying them to support the needs of the English language learner. Students are assessed annually using the California English Language Development Test (CELDT).Our Bilingual Parent Advisory meets regularly to discuss the needs of English language learners.
