Common use of Engineer’s Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Engineer’s Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engineer shall indemnify and hold harmless Client, Client’s officers, directors, partners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims for bodily injury and for damage to tangible property caused solely by the negligent acts or omissions of Engineer or Engineer Responsible Parties and Engineer’s Engineers in the performance and furnishing of Engineer’s Services under this Agreement.
