Engineering Services Agreement • Appendix B ‐ Schedule. Satisfactory performance and completion of the Services under this Agreement shall be compensated based upon actual costs plus a fixed fee. COUNTY will reimburse ENGINEER for actual costs (including labor costs, overhead, and other direct costs) incurred by ENGINEER in performance of the work, exclusive of any fixed fee. A prorata portion of ENGINEER’s fixed fee shall be included in the progress payments. Actual costs shall not exceed the estimated costs without prior written agreement between COUNTY and ENGINEER. Compensation for the Services will be comprised of the following elements: DIRECT LABOR COSTS, FEES, OTHER DIRECT COSTS and OUTSIDE SERVICES. A. DIRECT LABOR COSTS

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.   • Transition Services Agreement Seller shall have executed and delivered the Transition Services Agreement.

  • Master Services Agreement This Agreement is a master agreement governing the relationship between the Parties solely with regard to State Street’s provision of Services to each BTC Recipient under the applicable Service Modules.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Transitional Services Agreement Buyer shall have executed and delivered to Seller, for execution by Seller, the Transitional Services Agreement.
