Engineering Limitations. The organiser must ensure that the engineering limitations are not exceeded at the venues. This will include the loading of roof trusses during the build-up, tear-down and operation of the event. A 1.50 meter gap clearance from the bottom of the roof trusses up to the ceiling of the stands is required. Also floor loadings internally and externally will be subject to limitations to prevent damage, failure or subsidence. Stands or exhibits are not allowed to use venue walls or doors for bracing to stabilise exhibition stands or temporary structures.
