Engineering Changes Due to Defect. Notwithstanding Section 7 of this Exhibit, all engineering changes resulting from defects in or nonconformity of the Products shall be implemented at the sole expense of Supplier, unless the defect or nonconformity arises from defective specifications for Products which specifications were provided in writing to Supplier by Cisco.
