Common use of ENGINEERING APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

ENGINEERING APPROVAL. If the Order notes that engineering approval is required, performance under this Contract is conditional on VGA’s engineering department giving its approval (in its sole discretion), by the Engineering Approval Date, to proceed to manufacture the Purchase Vehicle. Without limitation, such approval may be based on satisfying itself that the design and Specifications of the Purchase Vehicle(s) requested by the Customer accord with VGA and WTG standards, and all other standards and Laws applicable in the place of production, and the designated application.
