ENGINEERING ANALYSIS DOCUMENTATION. The CONSULTANT will prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) as per Part 2, Chapter 3 of the PD&E Manual. The CONSULTANT shall include sufficient back up information related to all computer programs and parameters used in the analyses to facilitate the review of the engineering documentation. The engineering documentation shall be neatly and logically presented. The final engineering analysis documentation prepared by the CONSULTANT shall be signed and sealed by a Florida-licensed professional engineer.
