ENGINE OPERATIONS a. No aircraft shall be fueled or de-fueled while one or more of its engines are running or is being warmed by external heat. b. No person shall start the engine of an aircraft on the Airport if there is any gasoline or other volatile fluid on the ground within the vicinity of the aircraft. c. Combustion heaters on aircraft e.g., wing & tail surface heaters, integral cabin heaters, shall not be operated during fueling operations.
