Engagement Rules Clause Samples
The Engagement Rules clause sets out the specific guidelines and expectations governing how parties will interact and conduct themselves during the course of their professional relationship. It typically outlines acceptable communication channels, response times, confidentiality requirements, and any protocols for decision-making or dispute resolution. By clearly defining these operational standards, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aligned on the procedures and behaviors necessary for a successful engagement.
