Common use of Engagement of Manager to Manage Hotels Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Manager to Manage Hotels. Lessee hereby appoints Manager as Lessee’s exclusive manager, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to supervise, direct and control the management and operation of the Hotels, and Manager hereby undertakes and agrees to perform, as an independent contractor of Lessee, all of the services and to comply with all of the provisions of this Agreement, upon all of the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
