Engagement of Independent Review Organization(s). Within 90 days after the Effective Date, KDMC shall engage an entity (or entities) (hereinafter “Independent Review Organization” or “IRO”), to perform the reviews listed in this Section III.E. KDMC shall engage an Interventional Cardiac Procedures IRO to conduct the Interventional Cardiac Procedures Review, and a Legal IRO to conduct the Arrangements Review and the Unallowable Cost Review. The applicable requirements relating to the IROs are outlined in Appendix A to this CIA, which is incorporated by reference.
