Enforcement of Sale Agreement. On its own behalf and on behalf of Purchasers, Purchaser Agents and Administrative Agent, Seller shall (x) promptly enforce all covenants and obligations of each Originator contained in the Sale Agreement and (y) deliver to Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent all consents, approvals, directions, notices and waivers and take other actions under the Sale Agreement as may be reasonably directed by the Required Purchasers.
