Common use of Enforcement of Liens Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Liens. (a) Until the discharge of the Notes Obligations, Holders of a majority of the principal amount of the Notes will have the exclusive right to authorize and direct the Collateral Trustee, via an Act of Required Debtholders, with respect to the Security Documents and the Collateral (including, without limitation, the exclusive right to authorize or direct the Collateral Trustee to enforce, collect or realize on any Collateral or exercise any other right or remedy with respect to the Collateral).
