Common use of Enforcement of Judgments Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Judgments. Reimburse Lender for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which Lender incurs in enforcing any judgment rendered in connection with this Agreement. All such legal fees shall be based upon the usual and customary rates for services actually rendered and not upon any fixed percentage of the outstanding balance hereunder. This provision is severable from all other provisions hereof and shall survive, and not be deemed merged into, such judgment.
