Enforcement; Knowledge. The Trust Administrator shall not be responsible for the sufficiency or enforceability of the Installment Sale Agreement or the assignment under the Assignment Agreement of its rights to receive Installment Payments. The Trust Administrator shall not be deemed to have knowledge of any Event of Default hereunder or under the Installment Sale Agreement except failure by the District to make Installment Payments unless the Trust Administrator shall be specifically notified in writing of such Event of Default.
