Common use of Enforcement Fees Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Fees. The Company agrees to pay all costs and expenses of the Holder incurred as a result of enforcement of this Note and the collection of any amounts owed to the Holder hereunder (whether in cash, Common Stock or otherwise), including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.
