Enforcement Clause Sample Clauses
An enforcement clause establishes the mechanisms and procedures for ensuring compliance with the terms of an agreement. It typically outlines the rights of the parties to seek remedies such as damages, injunctions, or specific performance if a breach occurs, and may specify the jurisdiction or process for resolving disputes. By clearly defining how contractual obligations will be enforced, this clause provides assurance that the agreement is legally binding and that there are consequences for non-compliance, thereby promoting accountability and reducing the risk of unresolved disputes.
