Enforcement Actions. The Collateral Agent may take any Enforcement Action or Enforcement Actions (at such times, places and by such methods, as the Collateral Agent shall determine, including any actions incidental to carrying out any such Enforcement Action) in order to enforce the Security Documents and to realize upon the Collateral or, in the case of any Insolvency Proceeding against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, seeking to enforce the claims and/or Transaction Liens, including claims under the Security Documents.
