Common use of Enforceability of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Enforceability of Agreement. The Corporation has duly authorized, executed and delivered this Agreement and this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Corporation enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject to the exceptions as to enforceability as are contained in the opinion of DLA Piper (Canada) LLP referred to in Section 8(o) hereof.

Enforceability of Agreement. The Corporation has duly authorized, executed and delivered this Agreement and this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Corporation enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject to the exceptions as to enforceability as are contained in the opinion of DLA Piper (Canada) Blake, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP referred to in Section 8(o9.1(o) hereof.

Enforceability of Agreement. The Corporation has duly authorized, executed and delivered this Agreement and this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Corporation enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject to the exceptions as to enforceability as are contained in the opinion of DLA Piper (Canada) Torys LLP referred to in Section 8(o) hereof.
