Enforce Contracts. The School Board shall have the right to enforce in its own name or in the County Commissioners’ name such purchase orders, contracts, or change orders entered into in the County Commissioners’ name such purchase orders, contracts, or change orders entered into in the County Commissioners’ name or the School Board’s name for the identified construction and renovation projects.

Enforce Contracts.
