Common use of Energy Policy and Conservation Act Clause in Contracts

Energy Policy and Conservation Act. The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the requirements of The Energy Policy and Conservation Act, Pub. L. No. 94-163 (1975) (codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. 6201 et. seq.) which contain policies relating to energy efficiency that are defined in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with this Act. Article AI - Education Amendments of 1972 (Equal Opportunity in Education Act) – Title IX The Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the requirements of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.), which provide that no person in the United States will, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. These regulations are codified at 6 CFR Part 17 and 44 CFR Part 19.
