Energy Manager Sample Clauses

Energy Manager i) Position, Hiring and Compensation: PSI shall assist Owner in Owner’s search for and the hiring/selection of the Energy Manager through the posting of the job listing and performing interviews of candidates. The Energy Manager shall be an employee of Owner and the position shall be full-time and dedicated exclusively to the implementation of the Program. PSI’s recommendation for the position and corresponding compensation shall be subject to Owner’s approval. Owner shall not employ any person as Energy Manager that is not approved by PSI.
