Common use of Energy Efficiency Clause in Contracts

Energy Efficiency. The Consultant shall comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy, Conservation Act (Public Law 94-163) and LRS 40:1730.49.

Energy Efficiency.
