Common use of Energy Conservative and Security Policies Clause in Contracts

Energy Conservative and Security Policies. The Landlord shall be deemed to have observed and performed those things required to be observed and performed pursuant to the terms of this Lease, including those relating to the provision of utilities and services, if in doing so it acts in accordance with a directive, policy or request of a governmental or quasi-governmental authority serving the public interest in the field of energy conservation or security.
