Included in this service offering: • Capacity PlanningEmerging technologies research • Business Continuity • Procurement Assistance Although ▇▇▇▇▇▇ strives to be able to service our GCSSSD’s entire IT needs, certain responsibilities remain with GCSSSD staff. Among those responsibilities is warranty support on all devices under management. Due to the complexity and wide variety of technologies in any environment, it is crucial to keep manufacturer warranties current and with appropriate support levels. Further GCSSSD responsibilities under ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ recommendations and direction are as follows: • Firewall license, manufacturer support and/or warranty. • Router and switch manufacturer warranty • To notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of any changes initiated by GCSSSD within the covered systems. • Antivirus and anti-spyware license and support for non-▇▇▇▇▇▇ licenses • Backup software license, manufacturer support and/or warranty • Keeping genuine, licensed, and vendor-supported Server and Desktop SoftwareMaintenance and updates of business continuity plan On occasion GCSSSD may need infrastructure changes (major or minor) that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ can quickly resolve. A change is defined as an add/change/remove to an existing component/environment. Change requests require GCSSSD’s approval whether covered by the monthly contract or not. All minor changes (any change requests needing less than 8 hours of continuous time) are included in this contract. Examples of minor change requests are as follows: • Non-major version upgrades to devices under management • Installation of up to five (5) new PCs per month • Remote rollout of software or upgrades • Mailbox migration • Adding switch ports to a VLAN • Service Pack installations. Additional software and/or licenses may be provided by Rivell however licensing is not included with the monthly managed services contract. On occasion the organization may need an infrastructure upgrade or project in which Rivell can participate or provide competitive pricing. Endpoint Management. The Trust and Safety team monitors, manages and restricts all workstations and mobile devices that are used to access the company's system. All workers - regular employees and independent contractors - must install an endpoint protection agent that consists of anti-malware, intrusion prevention, and a firewall. Endpoint protection has an administrative console that allows the Trust and Safety team to monitor any employee's access and events within the Sendbird system environment.
