Common use of End User Orders Clause in Contracts

End User Orders. End User Orders executed in accordance with this Agreement prior to the expiration or termination of this Agreement will remain in effect in accordance with their terms, but without renewals or extensions. The terms and conditions setting forth Reseller’s obligations under this Agreement will continue to be in effect. Reseller may continue to access and use the Subscription Services, or, to the extent applicable, the Product solely to meet its technical support obligations in such End User Orders, and upon the expiration or termination of such obligations, Section 12.3 will apply.

End User Orders executed in accordance with the Agreement and this Agreement Addendum prior to the expiration or termination of this Agreement Addendum will remain in effect in accordance with their terms, but without renewals or extensions. The terms and conditions setting forth Reseller’s obligations under this Addendum and the Agreement will continue to be in effect. Reseller may continue to access and use the Subscription Services, or, to the extent applicable, the Product solely to meet its technical support obligations in such End User Orders, and upon the expiration or termination of such obligations, Section 12.3 4.3 will apply.
