Common use of End User Inquiries Clause in Contracts

End User Inquiries. 39.1 Except as otherwise required by Section 27.1 above, each Party will refer all questions regarding the other Party’s services or products directly to the other Party at a telephone number specified by that Party. 39.2 Except as otherwise required by Section 27.1 above, each Party will ensure that all of its representatives who receive inquiries regarding the other Party’s services: 39.2.1 Direct the callers who inquire about the other Party’s services or products to their local service provider. 39.2.2 Do not in any way disparage or discriminate against the other Party or its products or services. 39.3 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Image Access, Inc. shall be the primary point of contact for Image Access, Inc.’s End Users with respect to the services Image Access, Inc. provides such End Users. 39.4 Image Access, Inc. acknowledges that AT&T-21STATE may, upon End User request, provide services directly to such End User similar to those offered to Image Access, Inc. under this Agreement.
